Mr. Kaushik joined Oracle from Thor Technologies, where he was Director of Technology Strategy and Lead Architect from 2000 to Oracle-s acquisition of the company in 2005. Kaushik, who holds a patent in the area of user provisioning, is a recognized thought leader in the identity management industry, with a popular blog called Talking Identity and an influential Twitter account.
