(arvato Systems) Gütersloh – In 2015, nionex GmbH is planning a move to its Bertelsmann Group affiliate arvato Systems. Both companies made the announcement today. In the future, customers will benefit from seamlessly integrated services in digital communications – from conception to international roll-out.
For some time now, the two Bertelsmann companies nionex and arvato Systems have been working closely on diverse projects and often acting jointly as partners in the market. This successful cooperation will now be further intensified. As IT specialists and experts in digitizing, the two companies will initially begin joint distribution. In a further step, arvato Systems S4M GmbH, which is part of the arvato Systems Group, will merge with nionex GmbH in 2015.
“Together with all arvato Systems entities we want to prepare for the future and strengthen our market position and reputation with a consistent brand image,” said nionex CEO Horst Gosewehr. “This will formalize our proven cooperation and position our organization on a solid foundation,” adds Ralf Schürmann, CEO of arvato Systems S4M GmbH. “The extensive professional partnership will develop into a joint company in which we will combine our industry expertise for improved response to the needs of our customers.”
The customers of arvato Systems S4M GmbH as well as the customers of nionex GmbH will benefit from an expanded portfolio of services ranging from digital communication to enterprise marketing solutions, broadcast management, media asset management, and publishing.
Both the established contact persons as well as the company locations will remain unchanged. This opportunity to also use aravto Systems locations such as Hamburg, Munich or Cologne, if needed, will result in even closer proximity to the customers in the future.
