(arvato Systems) Cologne/Gütersloh – With two simultaneous high-level staff changes, arvato Systems Cologne demonstrates ongoing commitment to its Media and Broadcast customers. Matthias Dirks and Frank Schmitz will be working in Germany and abroad to optimize installation, implementation and support of arvato Systems Media Asset Management, Studio Production and Workflow Management solutions around the world.
With highly-qualified IT specialist Matthias Dirks, arvato Systems has gained a Head of Professional Services who brings not only technical qualifications, but also the know-how that comes with years of experience in international account and project management. Combined with extensive development and management experience gained in his previous role as Director of Online Solutions at arvato Systems, Dirks has the best possible background for taking over responsibility for all national and international Digital Media Management projects including installation and product deployment.
Following a successful project implementation, the highest levels of support and service have to be ensured. To achieve this, on 1st November 2014 qualified communications engineer Frank Schmitz was appointed as head of Support for Digital Media Management Systems. “It’s certainly an advantage that all my previous roles have been in the media industry,” comments Frank Schmitz. Like Matthias Dirks, he has built up a wealth of national and international project management experience and was most recently Head of Product Management at media services company, Cinram.
These personnel changes have been made specifically to address the increased demand created by the success of IT solutions for Media Asset Management, Studio production tools and Workflow Management. They will ensure continued high quality of our project and support services as we grow.
