Available in the U.S., the new and enhanced Cisco-focused resources include:
Config to Order Portal: A new, flat-fee, configure-to-order service offer that reduces installation complexity for channel partners by preconfiguring Cisco–s Business Edition 6000 series midmarket solution platforms to be ready-to-deploy upon arrival at the customer–s site. Going live in December 2014, the new implementation service will feature an online component that allows channel partners to order and transact customer configuration data, and validate and track the status from a security-optimized website.
Customized Enablement Services: Through an expanded relationship with MPI, Ingram Micro will be launching new and exclusive trainings opportunities for Cisco channel partners. These trainings and consultative offerings will help channel partners develop talent and build soft skills to further customer engagement.
On Course Program: This helpful program has been enhanced to better assist Ingram Micro channel partners to manage their Cisco certifications and specializations and advance their Cisco practice.
The offerings were previewed this week at the ELITE 2014 Ingram Micro and Cisco Partner Exchange in Scottsdale, Ariz. The exclusive event welcomed Ingram Micro–s top 100 Cisco channel partners for two days of insights, education and business enablement discussions. Ingram Micro–s Fly Higher partner enablement campaign has been well received from new and established Cisco partners.
