ATLANTA, GA — (Marketwire) — 07/18/11 — Linux Labs International, Inc., a subsidiary of Searchlight Solutions Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: SLLN), announces it has signed an agreement with Certichron, Inc. the developer of Provable Time Services to provide hosting for their OATS Time Verification Service.
Linux Labs will host Certichron systems in their high security data center and assist with the future development of Certichron-s OATS Time Verification Services (“OTVS”).
The OTVS service is made available to the Securities Industry by placing instances of the NIST time service infrastructure around the edges of the trading framework and in doing so providing the evidence capture practice which existing time services fail to provide. More specifically, Certichron-s time services allow business to keep their business systems in sync to meet OATS 7430 market transparency requirements thus protecting their clients in the event of a dispute.
The OTVS service is unique in that it provides individual connection to the local independent Timing Authority which is wrapped around the US National Timebase provided by the National Institute of Science and Technology (“NIST”).
Certichron () is a specialty Network Service Partner who provides secure and regional access to time-as-evidence services. Certichron is the only place on the planet earth providing an evidence-grace connection model and court-admissible logging data for proving events in time. Certichron-s methods exceed industry standards and provide a full chain of custody for accessing the National Time Standard of the US Government in its various locations around the continental US.
