In this role, Mr. Walheim will focus on accelerating sales growth of the company–s existing products via the formation of alliances and developing new ways to go to market. He will also help shape Mattersight–s long-term strategy to capture the significant opportunities to use personality and behavioral analysis to improve the ways people work and live.
Jon joins Mattersight from Accenture where he was a Managing Director/Partner. During his 18 year tenure at Accenture, Jon served many leading financial services firms, leading teams that helped clients transform their customers– experiences and improve the efficiency of their interaction channels. In his client work, Jon helped retail financial services and technology firms develop new marketing, sales, and service strategies enabled by successive waves of technology and workforce model innovations.
Additionally, Jon developed and was responsible for Accenture–s Financial Services Distribution and Marketing Practice in North America, and contributed to its development globally. In this capacity, he originated and drove alliances with some of the most important Silicon Valley companies, helping his clients understand and leverage these new technologies.
