VAN NUYS, CALIFORNIA — (Marketwired) — 11/10/14 — Easton Baseball, a leading manufacturer of baseball equipment and the Official Equipment Supplier to Little League® Baseball, designed one-of-a-kind customized gloves that were presented to President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama by Jackie Robinson West, the U.S. champions in this year–s Little League World Series.
During a White House ceremony in the Oval Office, the custom built gloves were presented to the president and first lady. The gloves feature patriotic colors with red, white and blue lacing, stitching and embroidery, an embroidered American flag located on the outside base of the thumb and a special webbing that displays the stars on the exterior.

The gloves also feature custom embroidery specific to the president and first lady. Along the outside of the thumb, the president–s glove is embroidered with “POTUS”, recognizing his elected position as President of the United States. The first lady–s glove includes a personal embroidery of “Let–s Move”, which is an initiative led by Michelle Obama to help raise a healthier generation of kids through increased activity and better nutrition.
