Bunchball will have its own booth at JiveWorld –14 and will be hosting two sessions to demonstrate how gamification is driving business results in the real world. The first is a panel titled, “Gamification: Why Should I Care? Lessons Learned from the Frontline,” moderated by Bunchball and featuring customers T-Mobile, UBM, and Pearson. Community directors and evangelists from these companies will discuss common misconceptions about gamification as well as why they chose to leverage gamification within their Jive communities. They will also share the results they saw, and lessons learned along the way. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and get ideas on how gamification might help their own communities.
A second session, “Occupy Gamification: What–s Happening with your Community–s 1%?” led by Bunchball executives will give attendees a behind-the-scenes view of the elements that create a vibrant, active Jive community, as well as insider information on use patterns among the top one percent of those communities. This session will reveal data-driven motivational findings, culled from real-world Jive customers, and how other Jive customers can apply these strategies to motivate greater adoption and collaboration.
Two Bunchball customers have been selected as finalists for the 2014 Jive Awards. Jive Awards celebrate outstanding customer results using Jive–s platform. Hitachi Data Systems– private pre-sales communities were chosen as a finalist for the Engage Customers category.
