ROSH PINA, ISRAEL — (Marketwired) — 10/06/14 — (NASDAQ: OTIV), a global provider of near field communication (NFC) and cashless payment solutions, has filed a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
When declared effective by the SEC, the registration statement will allow oti to issue ordinary shares and/or warrants, from time to time, for up to an aggregate amount of $50 million.
