A bank that operates in six locations worldwide selected Oracle FLEXCUBE for its international operations; the bank–s first deployment was in the Cayman Islands.
“Oracle FLEXCUBE momentum the last 12 months has been strong, and we continue to evolve the offering so that banks can engage more closely with their customers,” said Chet Kamat, senior vice president, Oracle Financial Services. “By implementing Oracle FLEXCUBE, banks are not only able to better address their customers– needs, wants, and expectations but also have greater control over their banking operations.”
“We have successfully migrated to Oracle FLEXCUBE,” said A.E.A. Muhaimen, additional managing director, United Commercial Bank Limited. “This journey completed in seven months, and for UCB it is a success story that I am sure will make us the envy of the industry! It was a near-perfect cutover.”

“Oracle FLEXCUBE Release 12 empowers us to provide cutting-edge financial services solutions to customers and become one of the most forward-looking banks in Africa,” said Melaku Kebede, vice president, Systems and E-Banking, United Bank S.C. of Ethiopia.
“We want to provide an enriching, memorable experience to our customers with innovative products and services that are both compatible and up to date with the digital world and support compliance with Shari–a law,” said Jamal Darwiche, acting chief executive officer, Alizz Islamic Bank. “Oracle FLEXCUBE helped enable us to immediately achieve the results we desired, while also providing us with a modern, integrated banking platform that will support future growth.
