(the “Company” or “AnalytixInsight”) (TSX VENTURE: ALY) is pleased to announce a partnership and revenue sharing arrangement between its mobile subsidiary Stockwall S.r.L (“Stockwall”) with MoneyMate S.r.L (“MoneyMate”).
MoneyMate is one of the leading providers of on asset management vehicles including mutual funds, pension funds and real-estate funds. MoneyMate–s customers include global asset managers, fund administrators and financial advisors. This partnership will enable AnalytixInsight to expand its analysis to include additional asset classes like mutual funds, pension funds, etc, and complement the value-added research and analytics it currently provides on 50,000 equities and ETFS globally. It is also an opportunity for AnalytixInsight to extend its services and provide insightful content as well an analytics platform for a competitive industry with vast amounts of data.

Under the terms of the agreement with MoneyMate, Stockwall will integrate and provide MoneyMate products as additional services on its mobile platforms. Each MoneyMate product is expected to provide around $10 of additional revenue per subscriber.
AnalytixInsight–s mobile applications are currently available on Google Play and iTunes, and the Company has a partnership with Samsung Electronics for loading its applications on Samsung–s entire suite of mobile products, wearables and Smart TVs. With over 250 million new devices launched every year, Samsung provides a large distribution platform and potential new subscribers for the Company.
