EDMONTON, ALBERTA — (Marketwired) — 09/17/14 — Visionstate Corp. (TSX VENTURE: VIS)(“Visionstate” or the “Corporation”) is pleased to announce that effective September 16, 2014, CSM Systems Corp. has changed its name to Visionstate Corp. as approved at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on July 18, 2014. The common shares of the Corporation commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “VIS”.
Furthermore, the Corporation completed a share consolidation of its share capital on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every four (4) pre-consolidation common shares effective on September 16, 2014 and Articles of Amendment have been filed in connection with the share consolidation and name change. Prior to the share consolidation the Corporation held a total of 64,273,603 common shares issued and outstanding and as a result of the share consolidation, the Corporation now has a total of 16,068,400 common shares issued and outstanding.
The Corporation commenced trading on a consolidated basis under the new name and symbol at the market open on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 as set out in the TSX Venture Exchange acceptance bulletin dated September 15, 2014.
