With more than 20 years of HR experience in the technology industry, DeLeon will be responsible for directing all the people functions of the company, including strategic human resources planning, training, benefits, employee relations, compliance, policies and procedures.
Prior to Glassdoor, DeLeon was the vice president of global human resources at , a US library technology company, and she also led HR and community relations functions at , a premier online marketplace for new and used books. Mariah received her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
