Whether it is directly after switching to the agile approach or already in the course of a project: There is always upside potential when you want to continually optimise agile processes. The T5 model from imbus provides an easy and practice-approved model for systematic analysis of test activities in agile projects. The name T5 comes from the five considered dimensions “team”, “technology”, “transparency”, “test methods” and “test approach”.
