INSYS icom, leading technology partner for industrial data communication and M2M technology, has extended the standard temperature specifications for their EBW, IMO, and MoRoS series and added a so-called “restricted range” on top of that. Based on new tests, the routers and fault monitors are suitable for continuous operation at ambient temperatures from -30 to +70 °C, depending on the model. Additionally, the new restricted range allows for operation at temperatures up to 15 °C above the maximum for some models and under certain conditions.
