TUCSON, AZ — (Marketwired) — 11/20/13 — AudioEye®, Inc. (OTCQB: AEYE) (“AudioEye” or the “Company”), creator of the Audio Internet patented audio browsing and automated publishing technology platform, today announced that it has received issuance of United States Patent No. 8,589,169 entitled “System And Method For Audio Content Navigation”.
The “System And Method For Audio Content Navigation” US patent No. 8,589,169 represents a continuation of AudioEye-s foundational U.S. Patent No. 8,296,150 that has the same title. “We are very proud of our engineering capabilities, which continue to be recognized as unique and forward thinking,” stated Nathaniel Bradley, the patent-s inventor and Chief Executive Officer of AudioEye, Inc. “This issuance is a precursor to our incorporation of patented enhancements into our forthcoming proprietary tool sets, which will further set our offerings apart from the competition and expand our value propositions. AudioEye-s development teams are reducing to practice these inventions through our exclusive accessibility Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) platform, the Audio Internet, which is actively being marketed to government and corporate clientele.”
AudioEye has filed an additional continuation patent and is also already prosecuting international rights within this family of patents. The “System and Method for Audio Content Navigation” patents are now being cited by the U.S. Patent examiners within patents owned by Yahoo!, Samsung, and AT&T.
