Jenzabar Selects Latest Version of Epicor IT Service Management

Jenzabar has been an Epicor customer since the 1990-s when they first purchased Epicor Clientele, a complete customer relationship management (CRM) solution. According to Wolfe, the built-in dashboard and the portal is very well rounded including mobile interaction directly within the application.
