Jenzabar has been an Epicor customer since the 1990-s when they first purchased Epicor Clientele, a complete customer relationship management (CRM) solution. Since then Jenzabar has purchased other Epicor solutions to create a centralized system to support several operations of the company, including IT help desk, business management, CRM, service management and financial systems. According to Wolfe, the built-in dashboard and the portal is very well rounded including mobile interaction directly within the application. Together, ITSM and Clientele allow everyone in the company to view the full product life cycle from sales, to services, to support, including integration with Epicor Financials and Epicor for Service Enterprises (E4SE). “The Epicor ITSM system continues to have the best combination of features at the right price point,” he said.
One of the biggest benefits of Epicor ITSM is the core application based on Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and the Microsoft.
