Ninety-five percent of customers surveyed rated the support engineers- skill levels as good, very good or excellent.

Ninety-five percent of customers rated Cincom support engineers- sense of urgency in resolving the problem as good, very good or excellent.

Eighty-six percent of customers would recommend Cincom software to another company.
