Cleo has over 15 years of experience in the HR and payroll industry as a resilient executive level manager with a solid history of providing excellent leadership. Her in-depth payroll knowledge and unique ability to build trust and rapport with key stakeholders has led to several successful HR projects including global HRIS implementations and global expense management, as well as transitions and designs.
In her role at SGWI as VP, Global Client Services, Cleo will oversee SGWI-s Global Operations teams and further enhance our clients- global experience on a worldwide basis.
Prior to joining SGWI, Cleo worked with Tekelec and Lenovo. During her tenure with Tekelec, she served as the Global Senior Manager of HRIS and Payroll for 18 countries. She led and partnered with SGWI in a project to transition Tekelec-s international employee population from its previous vendor. With Cleo-s experience and keen attention to detail, she led both teams and successfully transitioned employees across 17 countries in 6 months from discovery to go live.
While at Lenovo, Cleo led the implementation of a Global expense management project for 52 countries including tool design and training development. She also was instrumental in the design and implementation of an in house integration tool used to send files from Workday-s HCM to the International Payroll vendors in each country, providing data timely and accurately.
