Avaya Announces Fourth Fiscal Quarter and Fiscal 2013 Reporting Date

SANTA CLARA, CA — (Marketwired) — 11/05/13 — Avaya Inc., a global provider of business collaboration and communication software and services, announced today that it plans to report results for the fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2013 after the market closes on Wednesday, November 20, 2013.

Avaya will also host a live webcast and conference call to discuss its financial results at 2:00 p.m. PST on November 20, 2013. On the call will be Kevin Kennedy, president and CEO, Dave Vellequette, CFO, and Matt Booher, treasurer. The call will be moderated by John Nunziati, senior director of investor relations.
