Mr. Zarrabian is a veteran of the software industry with a track record of building and growing profitable, venture funded software companies.

Prior to joining OutStart, Mr. Zarrabian served as President and CEO of ServiceSoft Technologies, where he led the company-s successful merger with Broadbase Software.
