Newforma-to-Newforma (N2N) technology automatically transfers submittals and requests for information (RFIs) back and forth between Newforma Project Cloud and Newforma Project Center. As a result, team members using Newforma Project Center no longer need to download submittals and RFIs from Newforma Project Cloud. Instead, submittals and RFIs assigned to team members automatically appear in Newforma Project Center-s Submittal and RFI activity centers, where the information is logged as part of the project record.
Similarly, team members using Newforma Project Center no longer need to upload submittals and RFIs to Newforma Project Cloud. Instead, that project information automatically updates in Newforma Project Cloud as it is updated in Newforma Project Center.
N2N technology enables team members using Newforma software in different companies to share information as if they were on the same network. Sharing is subject to invite/accept permissions that both companies agree upon when setting up the N2N connection.
Newforma Project Cloud now integrates with two Newforma mobile apps: the Newforma Plans app, which automatically downloads the latest plans and specifications from Project Cloud onto team members- iPad tablets; and the Newforma Project Teams app, which automatically downloads individuals- contact information onto iPhone or Android smartphones and iPad tablets.
