Barry brings more than 16 years of sales experience at enterprise software companies. Throughout his career, he has formed deep relationships at Fortune 500 companies in the finance, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, communications, and insurance industries, among others. Prior to joining Skytap, Barry served as the Area VP of Enterprise Software Sales at Hewlett-Packard, where he was responsible for managing and developing sales in the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest regions. Before HP, Barry served as a sales director for CA Technologies, where he institutionalized sales process best practices to enable repeatable, scalable, and measurable results. Barry has also served in sales roles at Planview, Mirror Image Internet, Pacific Edge Software, and Packet Engines Networking. Barry holds a B.A. in chemistry from the University of Washington.
