Through the partnership, Zmanda has created and certified a NetBackup agent for EnterpriseDB-s flagship Postgres Plus Advanced Server.
The backup agent for Postgres Plus Advanced Server seamlessly integrates EnterpriseDB-s Advanced Server database into Symantec-s NetBackup data backup and recovery solution, providing customers with a database backup experience that is consistent and easy to use with their existing systems. Zmanda also offers a NetBackup backup agent for open source PostgreSQL.
