In labs around the globe, PyMOL is used on a daily basis for visualizing structure, measuring structural features such as distances and angles and for identifying binding interfaces, secondary structure elements and protein-DNA readout modes.
By combining zSpace-s virtual holographic platform with PyMOL and Avogadro, scientists and researchers gain a realistic environment for visualizing and modifying biological molecules.
