The new Stik radar liquid level gauges use Titan-s next generation guided wave radar technology, coupled with improved displays and controls, to provide unprecedented accuracy and ease of customer use.
The releases in this series include:
Av-Stik: The Av-Stik is Titan-s asset management solution for the loading and unloading of aviation fuels. The Av-Stik provides high-accuracy inventory tracking, high-level shutdowns, low-level pump shutdown, and loading rack controls.
Chem-Stik: The Chem-Stik is tailored to the chemical transportation industry. This Stik uses a 316L stainless steel probe for low maintenance and durability. It works with Titan-s Rack Control Module (RCM) to prevent overfills and spills when at a loading rack. The new Stik Monitor allows batch unloading while monitoring the total tank capacity.
UsedOil-Stik: The UsedOil-Stik is capable of tracking batch information while loading and unloading used oil. Similar to the Av-Stik, it has high-power relays for controlling high-level alarms, and pump shutdown. This system keeps drivers off the top of the tank and prevents overfills while maximizing payload.
A built-in feature of the Stik Monitor is a communication interface to cellular/satellite modems for remote asset management. Custom software will be developed to tie in to customer specific systems. This is an often requested feature for fleet management.
