FORT COLLINS, CO — (Marketwired) — 08/28/13 — Computer Renaissance announced its recent hiring of a new sales manager, Thomas Reifinger, for its Fort Collins store. The new manager is qualified both as a salesman and in the field of .
Reifinger, who goes by the nickname TJ, is a veteran who served for six years. He was in the Army from September 2004 to April 2009, and then went into the National Guard until December 2010. He was deployed abroad twice in active service.
Since then, he has earned two associate-s degrees in the field of computer work: computer information technology and computer management. These degrees qualify him not only to work on computers, but also to run a store, set up , and oversee other computer technicians.
He has two certifications through the Ivy Tech Community College and the International Business College, both located in Indiana. Reifinger earned his A+ certification first, then his CompTIA Network+ certification. The first is an introduction to all components of computers, printers, networking, hardware, and operating systems. The second certification is geared especially toward network setup and maintenance, including setting up entire small business systems.
Mike Stolz, local owner of Computer Renaissance, is thrilled to have Reifinger on board with the company. “I hired him because he-s personable, has good people skills, and is a veteran,” says Stolz. “He-s perfect for the position.”
Reifinger joins a select group of other technicians, salespeople, and aficionados who work in computer repair. The Computer Renaissance store is open six days a week to provide service, repairs, and refurbished computers to all of Northern Colorado. They also offer support for gaming systems and computers that were bought elsewhere.
