Klayko brings more than 30 years of strategic management and technology industry experience to Virident-s board.

Prior to joining MKA Capital LLC, Klayko was with Brocade for 10 years, filling many roles including vice president of OEM sales, vice president of worldwide marketing and support, vice president of worldwide sales and CEO. Before Brocade, Klayko was CEO and president of Rhapsody Networks, a privately held technology company acquired by Brocade in 2002. Klayko also served as executive vice president of McDATA Corporation and senior vice president for North American sales at EMC Corporation; in addition he has held various executive sales and marketing positions at Hewlett-Packard Company and IBM Corporation. He is also currently a director of the public semiconductor company PMC Sierra, Inc., and on the board of Allscripts, a healthcare software provider. Klayko holds a bachelor-s degree in electronic engineering from Ohio Institute of Technology.
