CentriLogic achieved year-over-year revenue growth of 77% from June 30, 2012 through June 30, 2013 and significantly increased EBITDA during this time period. The company-s key customer wins so far in 2013 include Canaccord Genuity, Preferred Mutual, Insight, Globalive, Sensee, and Intrahealth. Existing customers Bausch & Lomb, Rich Products, Publicis, and Wegmans have also grown their business with CentriLogic this year. The company-s growth through H1 2013 was aided by two strategic acquisitions, enhanced international cloud hosting and hybrid hosting solution offerings, and an expanded facilities footprint.
CentriLogic-s customer success and revenue growth in H1 2013 has validated its approach to providing innovative hybrid hosting solutions to local and international organizations with enterprise-class workloads. As a result of these efforts, in the past year CentriLogic has doubled its data centers from four to eight, expanded into Europe and Asia, and tripled its global workforce. CentriLogic has additional expansion activities planned in 2013 and expects to grow its employee base by 10-20%.
On March 11, CentriLogic of Canadian managed hosting and IT services provider, The Capris Group. The acquisition created a new business unit focused on delivering Application and Platform management services to new and current customers. On June 13, CentriLogic of North Carolina data center operator Dacentec Inc.
Through these acquisitions, CentriLogic added two data centers to its six existing international facilities. CentriLogic-s facilities footprint now consists of more than 100,000 square feet covering four countries and three continents.
CentriLogic has launched three service offerings so far in 2013, starting with the April announcement of an improved international infrastructure-as-a-service . CentriLogic-s cloud offering is unique in the market due to its hybrid connection capabilities and geopolitically-isolated availability zones in Canada and the United States. CentriLogic also added and offerings, and plans to announce significant upgrades to its backup and security services later this year.
CentriLogic completed the Statement of Standards on Attestation Engagements audit for the second consecutive year, with a clean report free of any exceptions.
