PLEASANTON, CA — (Marketwired) — 07/10/13 — Callidus Software Inc. (NASDAQ: CALD), a leading provider of sales and marketing effectiveness software, today announced that it has appointed Roxanne Oulman, as Vice President of Finance, effective July 11, 2013. Ms. Oulman has served in senior financial management roles in a number of technology companies in Silicon Valley. Most recently she served as interim Chief Financial Officer from June 2011 through October 2012 at Thoratec Corporation, a Half Billion Dollar Life Sciences company. Ms. Oulman succeeds Scott Baumgartner and will report to Bob Corey SVP and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Baumgartner will remain with CallidusCloud through August 2, 2013 to ensure a smooth transition.
