* Ericsson has refinanced its USD 2 billion multi-currency revolving
credit
facility
* Tenor of five years with extension options
* Facility to be used for general corporate purposes
Today, Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC) has signed a new USD 2 billion
multi-currency
revolving credit facility and refinanced its credit facility signed in
2007. The
new facility has a tenor of five years, with two extension options of one
year
each, and the facility serves for general corporate purposes.
The refinancing of the credit facility was well received by the banks. With
18
banks participating (both existing banks and new ones), Ericsson has a very
strong and well diversified bank group. All banks that had been invited to
join
the group accepted.
HSBC Bank plc and Nordea acted as coordinators.
