CARY, NC — (Marketwired) — 06/26/13 — Cicero Inc. (OTCBB: CICN), a provider of business performance software for desktops and mobile devices, today announced the upcoming release of Cicero Discovery 3.5, a desktop analytics solution that assists companies in identifying areas for improvement in business processes, compliance, training, and application usage.
Cicero Discovery is a nimble and easily configurable tool to collect activity and application performance data and track business objects across time and across multiple users, as well as measure against a defined “expected” business process flow, either for analysis or to feed a third party application. Unlike other desktop applications, Cicero Discovery is invisible to the end user. It gathers data about what users do, what applications they run, how those applications are used, the general health of their computer as well as the type of data they are working on that the company is interested in. This data can be collected and stored centrally and can be tracked in real-time or via deferred processing.
The new release of Cicero Discovery 3.5 includes:
All new reporting and web-based administrative tools
Enhanced detection capabilities
Updated standard reports suite
New data analysis capabilities
New data views
Improved diagnostic tools
Easier Installation

This new release allows companies to capture more data, correlate and analyze that data and thus measure what is truly happening at their enterprise desktops.”
