As more and more municipal employees become part of the mobile revolution, the city-s IT department was faced with a critical problem: maintaining the exploding number of city-owned mobile devices. The city can even pinpoint the location of devices at any time and where they have been over a period of time by way of the GPS location tracking capability.
“When we didn-t have an solution in place, there came a point where it became too much of a headache. I knew I had to look for a way to manage our devices,” Brown stated.
