MacDonell will lead a product management organization focused on defining product strategy, developing product roadmaps, and implementing repeatable product processes for This Technology-s dynamic ad insertion and alternate content delivery solutions as the company continues to scale deployments and expand its customer roster.

Prior to this, she served as senior director of product management, digital media, for Corel Corporation where she headed up product strategy for the company-s popular packaged software products. Before joining Corel, MacDonell lead global product management and marketing for Espial-s IPTV middleware and software applications and before that, was in product marketing and management with Nortel Networks and later MetaSolv Software via its acquisition of software assets from Nortel Networks. Denise holds a BA from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, Canada and completed University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business Administration-s executive leadership directions program.
