ANDTEK’s solution “AND Desktop AC” offers a standardized environment with an always identical interface and is thus the ideal solution for all companies and call centers handling their calls multifunctionally and/or via PC. The attendant console software “AND Desktop AC” allows a complete overview about all phones within the company. The user has the possibility to integrate all types of standard directories and database address books of the telephone system or MS Exchange.
In case of incoming phone calls the attendant instantly has an overview about the status of all phones within the company (free, busy, forwarded etc.) – using a secondary display would even allow to have hundreds of numbers on the screen at the same time.
If a caller is already known the attendant can get detailed information for example customer number, order information or information about the last contact date.
Another service for attendants is an automatic fallback. An automatic fallback is important when calls are transferred to busy phones because this ensures that these calls will not be lost but are automatically connected back to the attendant.
Just in case ANDTEK’s attendant console solution also allows the recording of calls. Encrypted and secured against manipulation by means of signature certificates the recorded calls can be verified as original and are legally binding. The calls are always recorded from the beginning, even if the attendant activates the recording during the call.
