CALGARY, ALBERTA — (Marketwired) — 05/22/13 — The Board of Directors of Computer Modelling Group Ltd. (TSX: CMG) (“CMG” or the “Company”) announces a 12.5% increase in CMG-s quarterly dividend to $0.18 per Common Share. In addition, CMG also declares a special dividend of $0.05 per Common Share. The combined quarterly and special dividends of $0.23 per share will be paid on June 14, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 7, 2013.
