WELLAND, ONTARIO — (Marketwired) — 05/22/13 — CRS Electronics Inc. (“CRS” or the “Company”), (TSX VENTURE: LED), a developer and manufacturer of LED lighting, today announced the resignation of Michael Lam, Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Lam-s replacement will be announced subject to receipt of the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
