Previously, she was Senior Vice President at Fidelity Investments, where during her tenure she held several product leadership roles spanning the Institutional and Retail markets. Prior to joining Fidelity, Ms. Weil spent nearly ten years in a variety of technical consulting and product roles in the software industry.
