Wmode Launches Mobile Self-Care Application With Alltel Wireless

CALGARY, ALBERTA — (Marketwired) — 04/11/13 — Wmode is pleased to announce the commercial launch of Ingage, an essential customer self-care app aimed at driving consumer loyalty and reducing customer care costs. Designed with the core values of providing an intuitive customer care approach, Ingage will provide subscribers with an unprecedented experience across their entire line-up of smart phones. Alltel Wireless recently launched My Alltel – a customized application using Ingage to provide a unique self-care service available for Alltel Wireless subscribers on their phones.

“My Alltel is an important aspect of our ongoing efforts to stay connected to our customers in order for us to better assist with all their wireless needs,” said Alltel Wireless chief marketing officer Lesa Handly. “We are committed to offering products that simplify the lives of our customers and through this partnership, we will work to deliver a great new experience in customer service.”

Alltel-s customized solution of Ingage will give Alltel subscribers unrestricted freedom to manage and access their accounts and services. Through the application, customers can pay bills, manage their accounts and information, view usage and consumption, subscribe to new services and locate stores and FAQ-s. While offering all the benefits and features as a dedicated desktop website, Ingage is more than a self-care app; it-s a mobile relationship management tool. Alltel now has the capability to utilize Ingage as a one-to-one marketing tool that allows promotion of products and services tailored to their subscribers.

Backed by years of experience in mobility, Alltel will also benefit from Wmode-s analytics and reporting, including consumer analysis and transactional reporting. This data will be paramount in Alltel-s ongoing business initiatives and marketing programs.

Speaking about the Alltel launch, Emanuel Bertolin, CEO at Wmode commented, “We are extremely pleased to expand our relationship with Alltel Wireless. Ingage offers their subscribers a much more compelling customer care option that presents a rich user experience while reducing Alltel-s operating costs.”

Ingage was deployed with Alltel as a turnkey solution leveraging Wmode-s existing back-office integration. This will allow Wmode to quickly rollout new services onto the Ingage architecture already in place.
