The Polyclinic is a pioneer in the healthcare industry-s transition from a fee-for-service to a value-based payment model in which providers are paid according to the quality of care they deliver. The clinic has partnered both with commercial payers on such contracts and with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as an early participant in the Medicare Shared Savings Program.
