Carol has over 30 years of combined experience in the Public Safety and Software industries including experience as a Police/Fire Dispatcher, Records Manager, Jail Records Manager, Property/ Evidence Manager and Communications Manager. She has worked for City Police, City Fire and County Sheriff Departments. She holds dual Bachelor-s degrees from Golden Gate University in Public Administration/Criminal Justice and Business Administration.

Kirke is a 10+ year veteran of the public safety software market who, prior to taking on various roles at Tiburon, served as Vice President, Sales & Marketing at URL Integration in Englewood, Colorado. Prior to his time at URL Integration he served as President & CEO of Pamet Systems, a CAD & RMS company based in Hudson, Massachusetts. Prior to Pamet Systems he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of MediaMap, an information service company based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
