Brown joins GreenBytes from Filterfresh where he served as CFO, helping the company-s leadership through the successful sale of the business. In his new role with GreenBytes, Brown is responsible for the company-s global financial management strategies and operations.
Kevin Brown is a highly accomplished financial executive with significant experience taking companies through all stages, from fund raising through reorganization and brand extension, to completing successful exits. Brown has held critical roles in acquisitions, raising debt and equity financing, vendor contract negotiations and operational and financial performance. Prior to Filterfresh, Brown held positions at Surebridge, an application service provider (acquired by Navisite), Storability, a storage management software provider, Arthur Anderson LLP, and KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP.
