Under the agreement, e-MDs will certify Alesco Medical staff for license sales, implementation, user training and day-to-day support and maintenance of its software. As a Distributor, Alesco Medical will provide centralized marketing, sales, operations, support and training to sales affiliates that are part of Alesco-s VAR channel, dedicated to reselling e-MDs solutions to doctors automating their practice or replacing outdated EHRs to improve quality of care and qualify for EHR meaningful use payments from the federal government.
