Their deep expertise and experience will spur growth throughout the Bay Area and expand marketing services and new programs such as the upcoming Award.

Yelton brings more than 25 years of success spurring innovation, revenue growth and operational transformation in emerging technology, clean-tech, and non-profit environments. Before joining Sage, Yelton was the Vice President of Worldwide Channel Sales and Market Development for Echelon Corporation, a clean-tech company. Prior to Echelon, she served as CEO of the International Museum of Women, where she built the first digital media museum of its kind in the world. Yelton also held various executive positions at Octel/Lucent Technologies including Vice President/General Manager, Japan, where she led the subsidiary to become the highest performing region worldwide. Additionally, she developed Octel-s Latin American region, and ran worldwide sales operations for the $700M organization.

Teresa Carlos comes to The Sage Group with more than 18 years of recruiting, sales, and staffing experience, including ten years with Robert Half International. Most recently, she held leadership positions at Creative Circle and Akraya. Carlos also built her own successful staffing firm for five years that placed executive level professionals in full time positions. Her industry experience is expansive and includes working in Legal, Accounting/Finance, Homebuilding/Land Development, and Marketing/Creative.
