The 2013 winners were selected by Quantum Workplace of Kansas using an employee engagement survey that measures how a company rates as a great place to work across multiple categories including job satisfaction, corporate culture and professional development. More than seventy-five percent of Ingram Micro-s Buffalo-based associates participated in the voluntary survey.
