MONTREAL, QUEBEC — (Marketwire) — 02/25/13 — Hartco Inc. (TSX: HCI) today announced that Mr. Harold Gervais, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is leaving the company effective immediately.
Michael Lemieux, Hartco-s Secretary Treasurer, will serve as acting Chief Financial Officer until a permanent appointment is made. Hartco is initiating a search for a new CFO immediately.
