Now HP Autonomy WorkSite customers can view, collaborate on and redact documents directly from the DeskSite or FileSite interface using Brava.
Brava is compatible with virtually any file format, from Microsoft Office documents to images and PDFs. Users do not need to have the native applications installed. Brava helps to streamline collaboration and review workflows by allowing multiple parties to view documents, mark them up as needed and add or reply to comments.
With Brava, users can completely remove sensitive content, add stamps or a watermark such as CONFIDENTIAL or DRAFT, and publish a PDF for distribution without affecting the original source document in any way. Redacted content cannot be viewed, printed or searched because it has been completely removed from the published PDF. This allows information to be shared with clients and across the organization without compromising sensitive data.
