In a climate where “flat is the new up,” Snowbound experienced a 34% revenue increase from 2011 to 2012, resulting in the company-s best year since opening up its doors in 1996.
Business was driven throughout the year by a variety of factors, including Snowbound-s commitment to its customers and their needs. The release of Snowbound-s enhanced VirtualViewer AJAX 3.1 in August, a browser-based pure HTML document viewer, contributed greatly to the company-s 2012 success. As one of the company-s flagship products, VirtualViewer realized its highest sales in history with an increase of 100% in 2012 over 2011. Similarly, Snowbound-s RasterMaster SDK experienced a 72% increase in sales from 2011 to 2012.
