The ASI acquisition extends AtHoc-s product offerings, which combine the latest advances in mobile, cloud, multi-media and social networks to enable enterprise-class unified emergency communications for the defense, homeland security, government, healthcare and industrial markets. ASI will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of AtHoc. ASI founder and renowned homeland security expert Efraim Petel will continue to lead ASI as chief executive officer and will also serve as an AtHoc vice president.
The acquisition gives AtHoc and ASI customers one-stop shopping for a complete and fully integrated suite of crisis communication capabilities.
