The Town Hall meetings will feature two interactive panel discussions with leaders in public policy, privacy, consumer protection and cybercrime law enforcement. The first panel will discuss and explore the evolving definition of privacy, considerations of collection, usage and sharing and the regulatory landscape; the second will discuss recommendations and best practices for data protection and what to do in the event of a data loss incident or breach. Panelists for both events include regional Federal Trade Commission and Attorney General representatives, the Council of Better Business Bureaus, PwC, OTA and Intersections/Identity Guard.
